When will I receive my photos?
Portrait sessions: 1-2 weeks. Brand content: 3-5 business days.
Documentary projects: 1-3 weeks, depending on scope. Rush delivery
available for an additional fee.
Can I see examples of your work?
Absolutely! Visit my portfolio galleries to see examples from all service
areas. I'm happy to share specific examples relevant to your project
during our consultation.
What if the weather affects our outdoor session?
I monitor the weather closely and will contact you 24-48 hours before if
rescheduling is needed. No fees for weather-related rescheduling. I also
have indoor backup locations.
Do you provide hair and makeup services?
I work with talented hair and makeup artists who can be added to your
session. This is especially popular for professional headshots and brand
content. I'll provide referrals and coordinate timing.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
I respond to all inquiries within 2 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri
9am-6pm) and within 4 hours on weekends. Urgent requests get
immediate attention.
What's included in your session prices?
All sessions include pre-session consultation, professional editing, online
gallery for viewing and sharing, and high-resolution digital files. Print
options and physical products are available separately.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I offer flexible payment plans for sessions over $400. Typically 50%
Deposit to book, with the remainder due before or on the session day. Custom
arrangements are available for larger projects.
How far do you travel for sessions?
I primarily serve NJ and NYC with no travel fees within 50 miles of central
NJ. I'm available for travel throughout the Northeast and nationwide for
larger projects.
