Inspired by legends like Gordon Parks, Melvin Van Peebles, and Spike Lee, Zire infuses his work with passion and creativity. Beyond his commercial success, he is deeply committed to community development, which is evident through initiatives like The What Is Hip-Hop Project and Proud Poppas United. Awards: In 2011, Tyrone Z. McCants' Fatherhood Photo Exhibition - Proud Poppas Photo Project held its 2nd Annual Poppa’s Day and Family Outing in which he received a Proclamation from New York City Brooklyn Borough President, Marty Markowitz, who officially declared June 19th, "Proud Poppas Day"
