Returns and Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse refunds under any condition. Generally, we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason unless overruled and determined on a case-by-case basis.

Digital Items

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for digital items such as eBooks, presets, and courses for any reason.

We also reserve the right to refuse refunds if multiple instances of the same digital product have been purchased.

However, every link is tracked, and if an event occurs where the Customer has purchased a digital item and is not happy with it and the link has not been accessed yet, we then may potentially provide the Customer with a refund. This, however, is not a guarantee and is to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Prints

While great effort is taken to ensure consistency through the printing process, some variations in saturation, luminosity, and hue are to be expected.

Prints are guaranteed to be free of production errors and shipping damage, such as tears, faulty ink coverage, and streaks. As each print is custom-made to order, refunds are not available.

If your prints are found to be damaged in production or by shipping, we will work with you to quickly supply replacement prints. If you believe your prints have arrived damaged, please email fineartprints@zirephotography.com a description of the damage, photographic evidence of the damaged print, and a photograph of any damage to the shipping crate or box. Please retain the prints and shipping materials, as they may need to be returned.

Please note that any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within four weeks of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than four weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Rescheduling

All deposits and paid print orders are nonrefundable. However, clients may reschedule for no additional charge with 72 hours notice.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25%
